Dim Sum Lab

Came to life when we realized that London simply did not have enough good quality Chinese street food. This is when we decided to begin our career in this marvelous street food lab.

Our menu is based on Cantonese, Hakka, Sichuan & Northern China influences; we have carefully designed our menu and added the most popular and tasty Asian street food that will be fancied by all hungry food lovers.

Came to life when we realised we wanted to bring Dim Sum and contemporary casual dinning to the busy streets of London. It is important for us to preserve the art and personal touch we bring to every single one of our dishes. This is when we decided to begin our Lab concept.

Our menu is based on Cantonese, Hakka, Sichuan & Northern China influences; we have carefully designed and introduced different regional ingredients to redefine our take on our nouvelle cuisine.
